"I found a bag I’d been watching..."
I found a bag I’d been watching for a while, the price felt fair compared to other sites. I know resale designer stuff isn’t always going to be super cheap, so I wasn’t expecting some crazy bargain. The shipping and fees were clear enough too, so no real surprises there. Maybe it wasn’t the absolute cheapest deal ever, but for what it was, it seemed reasonable to me.

I was looking for some designer pieces, and this place made it easy. They had Dior and Chanel options right there, so I didn’t have to spend a lot of time searching. Nice selection overall.

I ordered a bag from Joli Closet and once it arrived, I realized it just wasn’t really my thing. i was fully expecting some kind of hidden return trap, because that’s usually how these things go, right? But the policy was actually clear, and sending it back was way easier than I thought. The refund took a few days, which had me checking my account like I was tracking government secrets, but it came through. Overall, smooth experience and I’d probably use them again.

I ordered from Joli Closet internationally, and the item arrived in good condition, which I was happy about. That said, the shipping took longer than I expected, especially considering what I paid for it. The tracking also barely updated for a few days, so I was kind of left wondering where the package was. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t super quick. Overall, it was okay, but for the shipping cost, I expected the process to feel a bit smoother

I bought a bag from Joli Closet and, to be fair, the condition was exactly like they described. The photos showed the small marks clearly and nothing seemed hidden, which I really appreciated.
When it arrived, it looked just like I expected, maybe even a little better. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t always super clear, so I had to wait and guess a bit at times. Still, I’m happy with the purchase and would probably use them again...

I had a really smooth experience with Joli Closet. From the beginning, the updates were clear and I always had a good idea of where my order stood. I did ask a question about delivery, and the reply was straightforward and actually answered what I needed to know, which I appreciated. No vague messages or long wait times.
